Monies that were paid but are missing

I applied for debt review in 2011 June and I was owing Vodacom for a contract. Payments were made from 20 October 2011 until 30 May 2012 into the following account by the Debt Counsellor.

Banking account number: 271633891

I have contacted Vodacom Legal and they have advised that no payments were received although I have proof of payments made.
I have since settled the account with their attorneys KVS Collections where I was handed over but will like to be refunded the R1, 500 which was paid to them
