Not answering phone and no reply on emails

Very bad service. I am not even a month and mweb and already cancelling my subscription.
This is actually a two in one complaint. I have sent billing department numerous emails regarding my invoice this month with no response.

Second I have hold on for over 10 minutes without anyone answering. I have a 4mb line currently running at 0.08 mbps download and 0.09 upload. Does not seem that there is any support department.
