Can you believe Telkom wants to be world class?

I have tried since July to:

1. cancel my 20Gig data package. I am in their system, have given the 30 day notice and still they bill me.
Their reference number is pretty useless as is calling them.

2. they are now also billing me for 2 extra email boxes which I never requested. Again when reporting this nothing happens.

3. They offered me a discount (after I wanted to cancel the data package) for the ADSL line as long as I keep the line for 12 months. I accepted however still am waiting for this discount

3. Last week our Telkom ISDN line stopped functioning. Reported this and as a business customer they told us it would be escalated. Still waiting for them to fix it. Again ditto for their useless reference number

4. I am supposedly a Pinnacle client of Telkoms which allows for "preferential "treatment based on the value of our business to Telkom. As I type this I have been on hold for 55mins for a next available consultant to sort out the ISDN problem.

WHY IN HEAVENS NAME SHOULD ONE CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS WITH TELKOM?

With the best will in the world one cannot get rid of them.

Similar to the clap I would assume?
