Telkom Horrible service!

We have logged numerous calls about slow ADSL and a faulty ISDN box. All our tickets regarding the ISDN box get closed when a technician has not come to site. we contact telkom numerous times about this and they assure us a technician will come out which ends up with the same result, the ticket being closed without seeing a technician. secondly regarding our ADSL line we reported the problem about 2 weeks ago and the response we recieve from Telkom is that ADSL is the best effort service basically means that there is no SLA (service level agreement) in place by which they are required to adhere to certain levels of SERVICE. This means that there are no guarantees on ADSL service and no time restrictions to repair if problems arise. this is shocking and attrocious! I called again today to track the progress of the fault only to be told that our ticket was closed and the reason being the customer cancelled the request, which we never did. Iv been trying to arrange a meeting with an operations manager but telkom drops the call when i make this request. I want this resolved ASAP or we will be moving to another provider. The Line is registered to Pipe Trades Media Group (pty) LTD.
