Shocking diservice from Telkom for 6 months

On 21 October we posted the following (see below). To-date despite their response on this forum only the ISDN line is fixed. NONE of the other items have been attended to, 6 months later. And now this:

To add insult to injury for the last few days we have experienced problems with our home telephone. Telkom repaired it, which lasted for 2 days. Reported again and now they have cut off all our lines and then sent an SMS saying the problem has been resolved!! So now we have no home line, no fax line and no ISDN lines,
at the busiest time of the year for our business.

The other saga:

For the last six months I have tried to cancel one of our internet packages. We are still being billed, now even more than before. So, as you cannot seem to get rid of them, I continue to simply pay for a service I do not want. Ditto for them now charging me for extra mail boxes as well!!

PLEASE Telkom, don't send me an automated case number. Please find a competent person in your organization and actually phone your client. Remember to fix the lines first to enable you to do so
