Repair request changed to tablet blacklisted?

I have left a voicemail on your mobile and due to no reponse and resolution to the problem, this email (also to others to take note - and hopefully to expedite the issue)
I have handed my Samsung Galaxy Tab in for repairs at the MTN service provider in Vanderbijlpark (Riverside mall) South Africa, due to "no service" via sim card - I have had numerous issues with this branch in any case, with numerous telephones to your Rizelle to assist, but it would appear that it is getting worse.. To date I have not received the unit back in working order. A first attempt was made in upgrading software, but not resolving the issue and resend to them. I have not received any progress telephone calls from the service provider, only to find out from the repair centre that it has been "blacklisted" and repair stopped - with no reasons, albeit that I have a contract with MTN since Aug 12 for the unit!!!??? I also called the MTN customer centre, with no assistance and finally the MTN store (where I handed the unit in for repairs) and all Anelle told me "oh I also saw that it was blacklist" - but not following up or contacting me to resolve it...
