No handset since 20 August - no feedback

I have two CellC contracts. I reported one handset on the 11th of August. I got a new sim card for the contract.
On the 20th of August I handed in the handset on the other contract for repairs (5 month old Samsung S3 mini).
On the 11th of September (22 days after handing it in) I received a SMS informing me that the handset has been handed in for assessment.
When I called on the 16th of September I was told that the handset was blacklisted and that the repair centre cannot work on the phone.
NOBODY called me to inform me of this fact.

The CellC shop assistant blacklisted the wrong handset.
I had to go to the police station for a stamp on a UN-blacklisting form.
I went in to the original store and they e-mailed this form to "customer care".

I have made 5 calls to the 084140 number today and have not managed to reach the Repair Centre to find out what the state of the handset is.

I handed the handset in when it stopped making/receiving calls. The person in the shop did not pick up that the handset was blacklisted.
The handset was checked into the repair centre. Nobody picked up that a blacklisted phone was checked in.
22 days later a technician picks up the blacklisting!!!
