I have returned my Samsung Galaxy Tab on 8 Mar 13 to MTN in Vanderbijlpark with Zelda confirming return of device on the Friday. On Thursday I received an sms that the repairs of R300 is out of warranty (albeit that the repair form of MTN confirmed that it is in warranty period). I had to send proof to their repair centre at [Email Removed] On enquire on Friday, I was told by Anel that it normally takes 2 weeks for repairs, but eventually I was told that it will be delivered on Monday, 18 Mar 13. Luckily I took my sim card with to check (I had numerous issues with this branch before) if it was repaired as requested. Still "no service" - so obviously MTN did not check the device and on enquiry from the MTN repair centre they confirmed that they only upgraded the software (R300 repairs to run upgrade programme? - rip-off). I handed the device back to MTN for re-booking and now I will have to wait again - how long, I do not know.

I am not just dissapointed with the MTN branch, but also on the Samsnung warranty centre and would have liked to report this also to Samsung customer care.
