The service that I have received from Russells - Overport city and Samsung themselves is queit pathetic. I originally purchased a home theatre system from Russells which was a Samsung unit and I purchased it in December 2012. I started having problems with my radio three months later. The problem was the sound kept on going up and down on its own. I advised russells about this problem and they took it in for repairs. This unit was sent to Techni fix which is a repair center for Samsung. I received a call from the repair centre a few days later from a lady by the name of Rose she had advised me that the laser was damaged. Then the next day she phoned me and told me that she had made a mistake and read the wrong job number and this was not the fault with my unit. They had advised me that my unit was working. When I received my unit it was working 100 percent. If there was no problem with the unit how come once I received it back from the service centre it was working 100 percent. Some one some where is me cause I will never send a unit to the repair centre if there was no fault with it. Never the less I took my unit back and the same problem started again 5 months late
