Billed for free calls

For the past few months MTN is billing me for calls despite been on a FREE CALL package. Several emails and calls to no avail. My phone bill keeps increasing each month.
Added to this, it is impossible to pick up anything more than EDGE or GPRS signals. Calls are dropped all the time and their charges are ludicrous.
No choice but to change to another network
