083 655 3086 - BEING CHARGED FOR GPRS

I received my January bill and noted the charges for GPRS - I phoned with call centre and queried the billing. They supplied me with a ref no. 227127 and said I would have a response within 24h as they need to log it with the network. I have now received my February billing and I am still being charged for GPRS and the incorrect amounts for last month was not credited. I tried to phone the call centre this morning, but after 3 calls and 41 min. later I am still unable to speak to somebody regarding my problem. I pay a BIS subscription every month and I do not download anything onto my cell and I have not changed my settings so I would like to know why I am paying for GPRS if this should be included in my BIS and why only during the past two months am I having this problem. When you phone the call centre they NEVER get back to you and this problem is costing my a lot of money that I must just pay and keeping paying even after logging a query and asking for the problem to be resolved. I would like to know why am I being charged for GPRS and when Autopage is planning on crediting me and upgrading their shocking call centre.
