No Postal Delivery

Requested refund on POBox as have had no mail for 2 months - mail saying Sorry by Strike is illegal so nothing they can do.

Now going in to 3rd month and I have to source accounts manually.
Why is this only in Johannesburg? Mail being delivered in rest of country.
Why is this not on the news as a crisis?
