Pathetic customer service on upgraded contract

My cell phone was upgraded in December 2012, within 7 days we returned da phone due to OBF 2nd phone issued wid same problem battery dead within a few hours, on 14/1/13 received an sms that da phone had been booked for repairs we called the 018145 an we were advised that he camera lens on the phone had a scratch, which is impossible as phone still had da protection cover it came with camera neva been used, a week later i received da same phone, while wid a consultant on da phone i told her i wud nt accept a repaired phone i had asked the courier guy to check the phone and sign a docket stating da fone was returned with protection covers and phone had no damages ram courier inspected the phone an endorsed a docket which i sent to cell c i shud b replaced wid a new phone as i reported da phone withen 7 days. I was asked by da consultant to return the phone wid da courier guy from da 21/1/13 to date i have had no response from cellc an we have been a customer for ova 12yrs, i have sent all correspondence to customer service, Justin pather and Rirhandzu Lovenah Mageza. My arugument is dat da person receiving da phone cud have accidently left da fone on a sharp object or droped da fon
