After using my Samsung S4 for 28 days after receiving it the camera became dislodged resulting in pictures being out of focus. The device got handed into Cell C Kenilworth on the 25.09.2013, the condition of the phone was good, no scratches. When the phone got returned to me on the 14.10.2013 it was returned with a damaged back cover after complaining the next day the Manager said she would contact the repairs department and get my cover replaced, which was not done. On the 17.10.2013 the phone got returned to Cell C Kenilworth because the problem persisted. Pictures were still out of focus and the camera was moving around inside the phone, again on the repair form the condition of the phone was good, when received at the repairs centre the condition of the phone was marked as poor. When I picked the phone up today, the back cover was still not replaced and the phone was physically damamged. The Manager of the store did not have the decency to address the issue and the general service in store is pathetic. The phone had 2 visible dents around the phone. I refuse to accept a phone in that condition. Not once have they offered to replace my phone with a new one. I'm disgusted!!!
