I would like to lodge a complaint against man customer care, as their service really. I call the call centre to query why my airtime gets used while I have purchase bundles that I was advised to buy by one of their agents to use for my internet usages. I get told I need to call the data centre because they seem not to find anything wrong. I then call the the data centre and spoke to Brian Shabala, :whom Is extremely impatient and rude towards me. He tells me that I must phone another customer call centre, because the problem is not with his department, therefore I explain that that dept he is asking me to call has transferred me to them. When I ask to speak to a manager or supervisor, he basically, refuses. I don't know if this is how you run your business because this is not a way to conduct things. " Maybe you guys are making too much money, I don't really care about the end user."
