Network service is not working correctly

I live in Centurion (Die Hoewes) (On google maps -25.858034, 28.199685) I have lived there for the last 9 years.
I have had an MTN cell phone since the inception of cell phones in South Africa. I think I have even had the same number.
I currently have 4 accounts with MTN. 2 Phones and a data contract on my iPad and a wireless router at home. The last 3 to 4 months the signal strength has been so unreliable in my area (it used to be the best of the providers) that my phone and WiFi network do not operate properly or sometimes not at all.
Last night was the final straw. 80% of the time I had no network connection at all.
Could you have a look at your towers/arials in the area and sort this out now.
I am on the verge of going elswhere for service.
