Cell BIS stopped

My BIS was working fine until saturday! It stopped working, to make things worse after a battery pull my host routing table went blank/disappeared, now I cannot connect to the BIS network and my BIS plan is going to waste! I called the cell c and did everything useless tips they gave me but with no good re sults, until now I have no BIS working they starting to blame RIM which is crazy as RIM works through you guys! Am sick of talking to the ''technical support'' all I want is my BIS, all they did is tell me to wait for some nerd in the UK to manually fix the problem!! Mxm. I propose a simple solution but NOOOO! Cell c refuses, GIVE me a new BIS subscription because clearly you don, t have the infrastructure to refresh my existing BIS, cancel my bis and make me a new one. I don't want to talk anymore!!!
