Delivery Promises not kept

We purchased a 4 piece TV unit on Sunday the 12/10/13 and was promised that the delivery would be done on Wednesday as requested by ourselves. On Monday while on lunch i got a missed call, i call them back and it was Ellerines, then asked abot my delivery and was told to speak to Brian, I then had to leave a message and my number. On Tuesday i still did not get a call back, and called in again myself and was told by Brian that he would have to do a 24 hour order, and he went on about trying to call me the day before. We then went to the store again to complain and was told by Dennis after he spoke to Brian that he would get it done. It is 1pm on day of promises delivery and still nothing, i call Robert who now is saying that Brian is talking about delivery for Friday! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I WILL CANCEL THE PURCHASE IF NOT DELIVERED TODAY
