Lack of responsibility and terrible service

I upgraded a contract on 22 March with girly from the upgrades call centre. She promised to confirm delivery etc on the 22nd. I am still waiting.
I phoned the call centre again yesterday and spoke to shaun. I explained my issue to him and he promised to respond within an hour. I am still waiting.
I phoned again today and spoke to angelo. Apparantly he is a team leader. He promised to phone me back by 14:00. I am still waiting.
I tried to get hold of angelo a second time this afternoon and after holding for 15 minutes was told he is busy. I ended up leaving a message for the general manager of the upgrades dept. A certain Hama Raj. Surprise surprise she hasnt responded either. Admitedly it was late afternoon but i am most certainly not holding my breath in anticipation. While i can understand stock shortages etc, i most certainly dont understand this total lack of service delivery. Where are the days when people actually return phone calls?
