Its been 2 weeks since i have upgraded my contract with Autopage Cellular, i have called many times with regards to delivery of my phone. I was promised delivery within 7 days, after explaining the urgency of the phone at least twice a day for a week and being promised feedback from the manager of the upgrades division Collin, i still await that response. I was told the phone was despatched and sent to bright Point Courier services. I had called and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Kert who informed me that the phone was invoiced and he cannot understand why i have not recieved the phone and had given me a tracking number for the phone. When i called Courier IT they informed me that tracking number does not make sence. I took some time off this morning to call Autopage this morning to speak to Collin from upgrades and refused to come on line and assit me. This to me is unacceptable esspecially when iv never been in arrears with my contract. I am hpoing to receive feedback and i will not recomend anyone to take up contracts with a service provider such as Altec Autopage if this is what they call customer service.
