Cancellation of an expired contract

I was called by autopage for an upgrade for phone which they failed to deliver at the promised time. I called to follow up and they could not understand why I was promised that time and the phone was out of stock. I then cancelled the contract, which have expired and now i am being sent from pillar to post and the contact centre that is not helpful.

I spoke to George Tserema and Khanyi Ndlovu amongst other people at the call centre. No one can now help with cancelling this contract not sure why.

Their team leaders are also not available, the one i was referred to and given his number is Colin Swartz and Angelo Graham.

The service is pathetic and they do not even return your call for messages left. the call centre staff is not helpful and all they are good at is just transferring you to another person.
