After a four day issue to get my upgrade sorted, i called the head office to cancel my contract which has been going for 12 years now, I spoke to Michael in the upgrade and retention department. He managed to sort out all my issues and get me happy again. The new phone was delivered and all seemed well for three days. Then the phone packed up. I have spent a total of over an hour on the phone to them today, I have been promised that I will be called back a few times, but nothing. I eventually got hold of Michael again, lets see if he manages to get something done. As for his manager Angelo, well i am still waiting for him to call me back. Guess he feels customers don't deserve the service that they pay for!
As it stands< it looks like i will be without a phone for at least three to four days if I am lucky.
Their commitment to customer service truly shocks me!
