Second contract with CellC, AGAIN problems!?

25 July I called Cellc to take out 2nd contact as my bb after a year is useless. told my contract approved as I was existing client . went through the process of questions, was told it will take 5-7 working days. told Angelo it was urgent as my phone unreliable. He assured me he would mark it as priority. Tuesday after hearing nothing, after me calling to ask the status was told there was a issue, my contract not approved because Angelo read my bank details out to me& not visa versa. I then told them again it is urgent&after speaking to Angelo was told the problem would be cleared &my file marked priority, again. Wednesday I call back to see if it has been sorted, another lady says it is approved & be out for delivery yesterday afternoon/morn I should have my phone by fri.today I call yet again to ensure it was dispatched. I am told Angelo will call me back to advise as he was busy. No call back. I call in again this afternoon &ask for Angelo who then tells me again it is approved, but nothing more. I ask him so what has happened in the last 24 hours? I am told may have it early next week!? too vague for me, he says he will speak to manager to see what can do. I hear nothing 2 hrs lat
