Promised next day delivery and waited 4 days

I ordered photo paper on HP's website at 15:55 on Saturday (6th) & I STILL have not received my order despite the website saying it was NEXT day delivery! I didn't expect it to be here on Sunday or even Monday - I'm not an. But I expected it yesterday (Tuesday) & waited around the whole day to get the order even cancelling plans cause I didn't know when it was arriving.By 3pm it still wasn't here, so I phoned & spoke to a guy. Unfortunately I didn't take down his name, but all calls are recorded, so I'm sure they can go back & see who it was & what he promised me. He said that it was dispatched yesterday afternoon & he said it would be with me today. He even promised to make them make me their first delivery of the day. After waiting about an hour this morning, I phoned again & found out that the order hasn't even been dispatched yet!!! I am beyond furious now & cannot believe the incompetence that I have encountered. Apparently now it will be with me tomorrow. According to the guy on the phone, they are having problems with their delivery system - well, NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!! My phone call yesterday afternoon should have rectified the problem, but it didn't.
