I upgraded my cellphone contract after having my phone. In a day documents forwarded to Shaun Moodley who promised delivery early the next week.

Needless to say del was not the next week. Shaun Moodley, never returned calls and never replied to emails to confirm that he received the docs at least, others could not help as the docs were sent to Shaun directly.

Eventually i received a mail from Shaun on 20 Aug advising that my phone would be delivered the next day or the day after. I called on the second day and was advised by another consultant, surprise i could not get hold of Shaun, that the device had not been dispatched yet.

Remember he promised delivery on 21 Aug but the phone was not even sent to the courier on 22 Aug. I spoke to Angelo, supposedly a manager, who promised to email me dispatch details but never did.

I eventually received my handset and called for it to be activated. I was advised it would take 2-24 hours and after the first 24 hours i call and am told the consultant never did it right, another 24 hours and still no luck. A day later i am activated. PROMISES MUST BE KEPT!!!

If i had known of delays i would have taken a new contract elsewhere.
