I signed up for a 5GB 5GB 3G contract under the Night Owl promotion conditions, which states that I pay the same price as for a regular 5GB contract and receive 5GB additional data usable between 12pm and 5am. I signed the contract on the 13th of February 2013. However I noticed that I did not receive the Night Owl portion, I went to the Vodashop where I signed the contract shortly after noticing this and was told that it might be that the Night Owl data does not show up when I check my balance, seeing as that it shows up on the system. I tested it and this was not the case, I only had 5GB in total. I went back and explained everything again, this time the salesman confirmed again that I was signed up for the promo, and he lodged a complaint again, and confirmed again that I should receive the Night Owl portion. He also gave me a reference number, and said that the call centre realised the mistake and would rectify it from April. I did not receive the data in April. I have spent almost 2 hours at the branch trying to get it sorted out, and have paid 3 times while only receiving half the value I am entitled to. I am tired of having to spend my free time to sort this out.
