Night Owl Data Not given on Bogus excuse

I have a myGig10 data contract with router for R799 Per Month

I am supposed to get 10Gig anytime data and 10Gig between 0:00 and 05:00 am.

This is the main reason I got this package and contract.

But I am only getting my 10Gig anytime and NOT my 10Gig Night Owl Data

Long story short here is the links for the vodacom website

After reporting this to vodacom on 082111 with reference numbers S3-TNW20-05T46 AND S3-TNX28-8ZMRI

They came back to me saying that promotional packages are not entitled to receive Night Owl

Firstly I also have a 3Gig PROMOTIONAL package and I get Night Owl on that
All the Vodacom website details says I get Night Owl
The consultants on 082111 say that I am supposed to get Night Owl
Nowhere has anyone told me when I got the contract that I will not get Night Owl
Nowhere on Vodacom's website does it say that Promotional Packages are excluded.

I do not require lenghty apologies I just want it fixed
