I had a 10Gig data promo contract with 8ta, which expired 2 months ago, a sales agent gave me a call and I confirmed that I would like to extend the contract for another 24 months. He then explained that we will ad another 10 Gig night surfer on top of my existing contract an "no additional" charge.

I explained to him that I barely use my 10Gig as is, to which he replied the extra 10 Gig is included in my R199 monthly bill.

Now I'm being billed R299 and no one at Telkom / 8ta can assist me to cancel this additional data..

I still want my original 10Gig, NOT the night surfer and seeing that there are no devices on this contract, why can I not remove the night surfer???
