Phone Collected - Still No Service

I signed up for a Cell C contract through Nashua Mobile. My old MTN number was being ported to the new contract. I collected the phone over 4 weeks ago and there is still no service. I have contacted Nashua Mobile Call Centre on 3 different occasions. 1st interaction the agent told me the number is still being ported and I need to wait up to a week which i did but still no service. 2nd Interaction the agent told me i had to go into a Cell C store and have them fix it, which I did, but at the Cell C store they couldn't help me at all. 3rd Interaction the agent said she had to transfer me to the porting department, she sent me through but to the sales department though! and that agent said there is no one in the porting department who receives calls, so he transferred me back to the main call centre where i waited on hold for a further 15 mins before putting the phone down.

Nashua Mobile needs to take responsibility for this issue and start doing some work to sort this problem out because up until now I've been the one putting all the work in! Why hasn't there been any follow up from any one of the 3 agents i've spoken to, to see if my service is up and running?
