NO SERVICE - VROT SERVICE

Dont care attitude, dont return calls, nor emails, repeating myself to every consultant then another one call you and has no idea what the other one did, the worst is, no one makes a note on the system. I do firmly believe that every consultant i have spoken to in customer care, accounts, in that entire stupid place have died instantly after i spoke to them, Vanished! POOF! GONE!!!.no one can find them, but i have their names... I WILL NOT PAY A CENT UNLESS THIS ACCOUNT IS SORTED!!! MAYBE SOME GHOST WILL ASSIST ME!!! debit order details are confirmed in writing... only to be told 3, 4 months later, oh sorry ma'am there is no debit order loaded... so please go AHEAD and IGNORE your clients... EVERY INSTRUCTION IN WRTING HAS NOT BEEN DONE... THAT IS AUTOPAGE FOR YOU... THE COMPANY WITH NO SERVICE, WHO RUNS A MORGUE!!! I AM SOOO FRUSTRATED
