On the 17th of July I switched over from MTN to Altech Autopage and that was the worst decision i made, to my surprise I receive an account from Autopage charging me for all data used from 17 July to 29 July I discovered my data bundle were never loaded to my account, I phoned Autopage on the 2nd of Aug querying my insanely high account? The consultant discovered my 1G data were never loaded to my account, he logged a service call to get the 1G loaded to my account and the Credits required to be reversed which will take 7 working days! On the 22nd of Aug I got an sms informing me my credits has been loaded to my account which took auotopage 2 weeks appose to the 7 days. On the 1st of Sept 2013 to my shock a debit order went off my account of R 1427.75... the credits were never reversed my account were never rectified despite me phoning your "Customer Care " and receiving an sms confirming this. This morning I phoned the so called customer care again and were informed that credits were never put through on my account and NOW i have to wait another 7 days for my refund of R 1427.75 that whilst I have debit orders going off my account!! What a joke pathetic!
