I have a contract for over 3 years with Autopage and pay every end of the month (this has never changed) yesterday i got cut off because i am a cash customer (EFT) and not a debit order customer. if i had debit order i would not have been cut off. Their policy is Cash customers must pay before 15th of month and even though i am not in arrears i was cut off. don, t bother trying to speak to any body there their attitude is tough, that is Autopage's policy we don't care. you pay a full month for half a months usage because of this. i can't use debit order because the company i work for does not always pay on time and then debit orders bounce and i incur penalties from the bank and suppliers. no other company treats me in this manner and actually have people with a bit of common sense working for them.
