No Communication, Bad Customer Service for 1 Month

I called into the CellC Call Center on the 7th of March 2013 to advise that their service has severely degraded in my residential area. (eg. it takes about 2mins to load the Google Home Page). I was transferred to the Technical Department as this was diagnosed as a 'Network Issue' (Ref. 1759145). After logging this case I called back to Customer Service to request reimbursement for the duration that I am affected by this problem (Ref. 3031102024). I was advised by all agents that CellC's turn around time is 5 working days and it has since been 4 weeks with no resolution. I called back numerous times and spoke to many different people explaining my problem to each and every one of them.

Here's some of the the popular phrases I've heard:

"Please call back in 72 hours"
"NO, we do not call customers back"
"I don't know"
"Can I put you on hold"

I've tried to assist them as much as possible to get this issue resolved however they seem to be walking around the problem.. very slowly.

I was always an ambassador for Cell C, recommending them and their deals to family and friends however after this issue I am likely to cancel my contracts and move to another network.

Very Disappointed!!!
