No network coverage!!

I have made 5 attempts to contact Cellc with my problem. The call centre's technical department really does not know what they are doing. When I joined CellC, I mentioned to the consultant that we don't have proper cellular coverage in my area, at the moment it's only MTN. He assured me that it will be no problem as CellC is enhancing their network coverage all the time, if I do experience a problem, all I need to do is contact CellC's technical department, log a call and they will attend to it within a few days. The last time I contact the technical department the lady ask me "did you try switch your phone off and on again... ja, right, I'm control the Cell C satellite from my phone!!! At the moment I'm lucky if I can just get someone to listen to my problem??? Is CellC even prepared to listen to my problem, let alone attend to it??? And the email I received ...'you will be contact in 24 to 48 hours' is nonsense that also does not happen.
