BAD TECHNICAL SUPPORT- NETWORK

Having been with the network for more than 5 years, i upgraded in may 2013 again hoping for another 2 year relationship with cellc network whereby i will be paying them and they offering me a service. But i am so bitterly disappointed by the network problem that i started to experience since i got the phone in may, i got the phone the first week of may 2013. immediately when i got home i realised that the phone's network was . i called the customer care they said its a problem of that day their technicians are working on it. but no results still, till the 11th of june2013 were i eventually lodged a query and got a reference number. i was told technicians are working on it today is the 11th of july meaning a whole month has passed with them resolving the problem. but monthly i pay on time still but no service. isn't that day light "mr cellc boss"? today i called again and was told what i have been told every week when i call their customer care centre, that the matter has been escalated to technical department. Hey mr/s/ms technical department your people are not doing their work. should this continue for another week i will be cancelling my contract. SERVICE.
