CELLC FOR NO HELP NO RESPONSE

On the 31st of July 2013 I received a letter of demand from Phoolosa, cellc debt collector. I then called cellc, 10-12min later I was spoke to Ivy who assured that my account has been settled and sent me a paid-up letter. to My surprise I received a final demand on the 17 Aug 2013> I called the call centre and was promised someone will call me, Because I know call backs are not cell c style I called and spoke to Thobeka who was just in a hurry to get rid of me and she promised to e-mal me updated itc details. As usual she did not e-mail. used the online complain section which I did not receive any help, I called a couple of times at one point a guy at the legal department was quick to remind me the have a lot of clients and my call is not important gave up on Saturday, when again I was promised a call back from management.
Agents always have to put me on hold and go enquire each time I make these calls. No problem can be resolved once. I m also on Vodacom and problem gets resolved with one call.
All I want is cell c to resolve my account issue and I ll gladly take my non-important business elsewhere.
