On Hello peter i received a reply that the debit order was cancelled and i emailed all the info as requested. To date no response and no refund. I have just been debited again.
2013-04-02 DEBIT TRANSFER VMSA*2519522136*8335945 R149.00
What must I do now?
I was told that this was cancelled with immediate effect. This is disgusting!!
