Overcharged after switching account holders

After putting my account in a different name and entering new banking details, Vodacom overcharged me for my contract. I knew that it was too much to expect for a service provider in this country to get it right the first time.
Additionally, I have apparently exceeded the number of monthly calls to the helpline and this is the first time I'm calling in! There shouldn't be a limit to the number of calls to get help when a customer experiences bad service.
