8 MONTHS STILL NO DEBIT

I AM GETTING CHEESED OFF AT THE BAD MANAGEMENT AND LACK OF OWNERSHIP AS NO ONE GETS BACK TO A CLIENT WILLING TO PAY HIS ACCOUNT VIA DEBIT ORDER I HAVE TRIED FOR THE LAST 8MONTHS AND STILL NOTHING, THEY ALL PROMISE TO GET THIS SORTED BUT NEVER RETURN EMAILS CALLS INCORRECT NUMBERS... THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED, I WANT GET THIS RESOLVED OUR I AM TAKING THIS TO THE OMBUDSMAN AS I HAVE TO DEPOSIT MONEY INTO THERE ACCOUNT EVERY TWO TO 3 MONTHS AFTER THEY PROMISE THAT TE DEBIT WILL GO THROUGH IN THE MEANTIME NO KNOWS WHAT THE IS GOING ON OVER THERE... UNDERSTATEMENT!!!

THESE PEOPLE NEEDS TO GET A KICK UP THE BACKSIDE!!!
