Incorrect debting of account (AGAIN!!)

Once again Telkom Mobile do not fail to live up to their expectations. My account was debited earlier than my agreement with them! Further this has now created a bad record against my name with my banker due to the debit order being returned!!

I took this up with Telkom Mobile and received a message saying the case has been resolved 'WHO YOU GOING TO CALL! '. Is this the attitude of Telkom??

How are you supposed to keep clients when your staff have bad attitude!! I am in fact still waiting for the details of the person that authorised the first incorrect debit on my account - are you guys a bunch of!!!
