STOP THE ABUSE!!!

I have an African bank account that is in arrears from a while ago. After a very professional person from African Bank called me, I decided to do the right thing and place a debit order on my account. The debit order has been running for a couple of months now, and every month they receive their money. At the beginning of October I called them to move my debit order date, also handled with no problems. Today I get 4 calls from (wish I remember his name, but surely you can find it on your call log as all calls are recorded) telling me they have not received their payment yet. I advise him that the debit order was moved to month end, so after this situation was clarified, he then demanded that we increase the amount monthly. I wish I was on the same side of the phone as him, I promise I would have knocked some sense into him. After the 3rd time of losing my temper completely, he still calls back. I think your call centre people get a kick out of irritating people. Please have a look who made the calls and please listen to the conversation. Please mind the swearing, I cannot stand uneducated people. That person can call back with an apology and make sure this doesn't happen again!
