Vodacom
Debited a large amount despite contract end

My Vodacom contract was due to expire last month.
I submitted multiple copies of my details to request cancellation. My monthly Direct Debit was around R679. This month they billed me R3180.08.
The last email I received from Vodacom was that my account was due to be cancelled in Feb and therefore my last bill would be in March.
