VODACOM RIP OFF AND UNRELIABLE PRODUCT AND STAFF

I have a Samsung S3 contract with VODACOM, I have always had a limit of R150 on the phone. For month of May i received a text to say my account was blocked as my bill was roughly R1600 as one of my apps had run an update and the limit did not kick in and block it once it reached R150 as it normally does. When i called Vodacom customer care was advised simply"sometimes the limit kicks in sometimes it doesnt". This unreliable truth was never communicated to me before and when i set the limit I should have then been told so I would know to monitor the account myself instead of relying on Vodacom. I set this limit in place to not spend above my means but instead i am now having to pay a total bill of R2500 roughly as I was being billed for April and May in one go due to debit date being moved. No staff helped I was transferred 6 times when complaining and seeking assistance in call centre and was advised at one point the limit had expired then advised they wont double debit me, and today i get a message that the account is in arrears as for some reason the debit didnt go off! As soon as I can afford it I will cancel this useless contract that is just costing me more money than i can afford
