I am unable to receive calls from the UK. The call cuts out and goes straight to voice mail. My company provides a consulting service to a UK based company. The success of my company relies on my clients ability to contact me. I first reported this issue at the beginning of March. The following reference numbers have been raised relating to the same issue.

Using Telkoms online escalation procedure, I have escalated this matter twice. The first, and only response, was on the 25/03, reference number ARS 224498 informing me that the relevant department will be investigating. I am still waiting. The last technician informed me that no companies or people from anywhere in the UK, was able to contact anyone in South Africa. It is not an issue with my line, but an international issue. This is extremely frustrating as there is no one to speak to, and the escalation procedure is ineffective.
