Billed for a samsung tablet

I have been a client with Autopage for 15yrs. In Feb 2013 i decided to upgrade to a samsung tablet as my voice contract had already expired in Nov 2012. I was told by Chris in upgrades that i can convert my current voice contract to a data contract. After receiving my tablet and trying to set it up, by using my current sim, with no results. I then went to Autopage Bayside, and they told me u cant change from voice to data on MTN. After numerous telephone calls to Chris, he eventually admitted that he game me the incorrect info, and i have to send the tablet back, which i did. he said my current contract has to be cancelled i presume he did, and that i would have to apply for a complete new contract. To my horror i received a bill for R446.71 for a device that i don't have or was never able to use. To add further insult my bank account was debited on the 31/03/2013. i have queried this numerous times with Autopage with no results. I don't see why i have to pay for something which i don't have or never used, because of the incorrect info given to me by your consultant. If you check on his notes on my account you will see the incorrect info he gave me.
