Billed incorrectly for 2 years

My wife has had an MTN iphone contract for a little over 2 years that included free minutes and data. From day one, MTN has not loaded her free data and billed her for out of bundle rates (which are ridiculous), and anyone who has an iphone will know that its practically useless without data. So for 2 years, about half way through each month, my wife gets cut off (both incoming and outgoing) and is told she has reached her limit. This is due to the data being billed at an exorbitant rate. Basically MTN is in breach of their contract and our money month after month. She has spoken to several consultants over the phone over the years, and even been to three different stores, plus this i the second hello peter complaint. Each time the consultant says they will sort it out immediately, and we never hear from them again, and the billing nightmare continues. We don't want to cancel our contract until MTN pays us back the by now over R15000 they owe us. Not only that, we have been forced to use my phone alone for the majority of the last 2 years, running up a high bill on my side. Is anyone at MTN competent enough to sort this out?
