I have taken out a contract on Thurs 28/03. 1 phone is not working we went to vodacom on Sat 30/03 at Promanade M/P and was told to go back to KC and that its a software problem When the phones where purchase it was said that if any problems to return it within 7days and it wil be replaced with a new phone. However I was told that the phone must be send away now and this will only be done in the next week.
I was not given an apology for the inconvenience. I was told by Thumeka that it is not their fault!
So I ask to cancel the contract as I am not benefiting from this at all. And was told that I will have to pay a penalty.
Let me know how this is good service? I was given a faulty product and have to suffer the inconvenience and all that Vodacom wants to do is charge me extra for the inconvenience they are causing.
I am unhappy with the service and the misleading of the sale as well. Why mention the phone may be returned within 7 days if you dont honour your word.
I want my phone to be replace immediately and delivered if possible or the contract to be cancelled with no penalties to me as this is clearly not my fault and the problem is with Vodacom
