Vodacom has the WORST customer care in the Country

I signed a contract with Vodacom on the 7th of this month (much to my horror) and got a Note 3 with Insurance. I used the phone for a day and realised it had a problem with the wireless radio. I called the shop and they told me to bring it back and on the third day, I took it back to the shop (the whole package) and I was told they would have it sorted out in three days. Much to my dismay, a week went by, (mind you I had already given this number to my company to circulate to our customers and colleagues) and all they said to me was that Samsung was not communicating to them about the phone? But how is that my problem? Why not give me a new handset or at the very least a complimentary phone. I mean i had paid for insurance on the spot not to mention i returned the phone within 7days. On the third week I then cancelled my contract. I had wanted to get a new contract with Vodacom as advised by the Vodacom customer care consultant I had called, but 4days later I can't because apparently It was never cancelled. At the end of it all, I had to pay for a phone I used for 2days. Appalled to say the least and if you look at the number of complaints on the web in SA, Vodacom has the highest
