Oh MTN, how I hate thee! Let me start with this: no matter how you respond to this complaint, you have lost me as a customer. I will be moving over to another provider (any one as long as it isn't MTN) as SOON as my contract has expired with you. I don't expect any difference in your response after saying that, as your service has always been non-existant since that fateful day I signed your contract, which you have spectacularly failed to keep up on your side. Anyway, to my complaint: I want someone to come put a signal booster up at my house, as I have constant dropped calls / failed calls, garbled noise (when I can actually get through to anyone), etc, etc. You can view all my other posts for the full breakdown. Don't bother to send me the form to fill in. Been there, done that. Sheldon said the only thing left was to try a booster at my house. Come install it please. I beg of you... Allow my last few months of MTN be a small amount better than the last 1 year and 3 months. Please. And don't bother phoning, as I can't even receive calls at present. It's been this way for most of the day. "Searching for signal"... So if no response, email me. I won't hold my breath though...
