I got a contract from Vodacom last year November and the phone has been giving me problems since. I booked it in for repairs at Vodacom repairs in EastGate in January. I explained the problems that I ma experiencing with the phone and they booked it in for 7days and sms'd me to come collect after 7days. However, before I could take it home I tested the phone in front of the consultants and the phone was still not fixed. What I was told is that they did a software upgrade and that should fix everything but it did not work. I booked it in same time and it was taken in for a week and few days, Yesterday I got an sms saying that I must come collect (under job no:8564030). So I went to collect the phone but it was still having the same issue and apparently no one can assist me. They advise me to call the repair center myself to explain the problem. I am very disappointed with the BAD BAD BAD service I received from Vodacom and I want them to cancel the contract and I will give back their faulty phone since well they can't fix it. The consultants have no idea how to handle clients. I feel robbed and I want the contract cancelled because I am not receiving the value for money.
